Delivery Information

Dispatch and Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 5-7 working days on stocked items and 1-2 weeks on non stocked items. During busy times if your order is more than a few items we may contact you to provide you with a estimated dispatch and delivery date.

For custom designed items using our online design feature, If we need to contact you to clarify your design of we feel it needs adjustment or amendment, it may delay your order if you are unable to respond quickly to our query, but your order will get priority once we receive a response.

We use Royal Mail's first class signed for posting service for most orders depending upon order size.

Sometimes we use DHL for larger orders. A signature is required on delivery and the parcel can be tracked. After we have posted your order, courier parcels are delivered next working day to most UK mainland addresses. If there is nobody to sign for the order a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If you would like to have your order sooner we would advise using the express service.

International Delivery

We use Royal Mail's International Mail tracked and signed service for international orders. Pricing has been simplified and we have fixed the postage costs at £6 for smaller items and £14 for larger sized items.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days during peak work flows, although under normal circumstances dispatch time can be quicker than this. Orders can be tracked upon request.

Bank holidays, and seasonal holidays.

Bank holidays and seasonal holidays may cause delays in postage. This can also be our most busiest time leading upto a bank holiday or a seasonal holiday so please bare with us we will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as we possibly can. All orders are subject to a queuing system and each order is prioritised accordingly.

Please ensure all delivery addresses are correct. If a parcel bounces back due to an incorrect delivery address, a postage charge will apply.

As stated in our T&C's
(5) Refunds and cancellation on delayed items
A refund is issued on a lost item no later than 3 weeks from date of dispatch. This is so we can determine that that the item has indeed been misplaced by the Postal Service as of Royal Mails T&C's.
